We work with manufacturers and distributors of condensing boilers and of their fuel providers to provide chemical characterisation of condensates taken from industrial and domestic condensing boilers. Our analysis helps determine the chemical nature of the condensate and is used as a comparative guide when switching to newer fuels such as hydrotreated vegetable oils (HVO). The motivation is to ensure that burning an alternative fuel does not adversely affect the boiler nor produce a condensate that is worse than original fuel types. Our tests include
